1973 MGB frankenstein

Hi all, I'm looking for the person that built ol Frankie here. It a 73 MGB that has a chevy V6 and a 5 speed manual transmission. He's wrapped in color changing vinyl. That's pretty much all I know about him at this point but would love to find out more. Any help would be appreciated.
