2008 Nissan altima

Bought this car off of marketplace come to find out it can't be saftied be a great little derby car or parts car. Everything works. Not sure if your handy could make it work. Starts runs drives. Issue with the muffler so she already sounds like a derby car. Not the reason it failed safety. Just looking to get some of my money back to continue search for a vehicle. 1000 or best reasonable offer.
