2008 Smart fortwo cabrio

DOESN'T START My uneducated guess would say its probably the starter. The car is in good condition overall. Has a fresh oil change and everything works before the starting issue. It's a rebuilt i have the picture of the cracked front bumper. The car was rarely driven and I have no more patience for this annoying little car.
