1980 Chrysler new port

I have 1980 chrysler Newport with 97k on it it's a good derby car canadet or repair. it need valve train work hade two stuck valves or possibly two wiped out cam lobes and a collapsed lifter or a good canadet to drop a motor in to it asking $1000 obo dose not come with the after market carb or intake it dose have the original 2 barrel intake but no carb it has a out board boat fuel take for a gas tank
