2009 BMW 3 series

2009 323i, 240km has issues running, have put 1500 dollars in new parts trying to get it running right, unsure exactly whats wrong with but suspect valvetronic system is not working as it should, ran fine then turned off one day, got it re ,timed and it ran bad, wont start again. Other than the obvious, the car is in great condition, I just dont have the time or money to pursue a project of this nature at this time.
