2013 Mitsubishi lancer

Engine and transmission is good. Still handles great but I just unfortunately don't have the time to fix it myself so am going to let it go. Mvi just expired recently.Known work required for mvi is both rocker panels and rear brakes pads and rotors. Currently has summer rims and tires on which were new last summer, also have a set of studded winter tires which were new this past winter and are on steal rims which are included in the pictures.
