1989 Toyota 4runner

The vehicle is complete. It has power windows, the original wheels, and the 3.0L engine. Its more of a project vehicle. It does have some rust for its age, especially around the rear wheel arches, but the front fenders can be replaced a pair is around $180.The rear arches could probably be repaired or something could be figured out. The engine cranks but the vehicle doesnt start. I think it should be something relatively easy to fix. Its a Toyota, after all.
