iPad 4 Mini and iPhone 7 Plus

I got an iPhone 7 Plus with a faulty home and button and back camera stopped worked and my iPad 4mini with a cracked screen as shown in the pics but Touch ID works perfectly only needs replacement. Both Devices got my iCloud. With the conditions of the phones? Can I get a better iPhone probably like an iPhone 8 Plus or? If yes kindly inbox me.
