2008 Saab Saab 93

saab 93 TTid aero i have owned for 4 years and spent a fortune on it over time, it is fully loaded with bi xenon headlights, aircon, cd/radio, heated leather, cooled glove box, only had 3 owners from new me being the 3rd, apsolutely stacks of history, cambelt changed in 2021, clutch and flywheel done in 2020, dpf and egr deleted, car is running and driving fine but the 2nd turbo feels stuck, maybe actuater or boost control valve, i dont want to chuck anymore money at it to be honest, looking for offers around 1500 may swap
