Regatta 4 man tunnel tent

Tunnel tent with small porch awning. 2 bedrooms at the end of the tent. Good headroom. Used about 4 times but it's too big for me. Comes with a separate footprint mat to protect the sewn in groundsheet. I've put it's good condition, it's almost new but as I've not seen it up in 3 years I can't be certain. It was used for 2 days last year by friends and was fine. Won't allow me to put 250 or near offer on price box
