Vehicle is smoking. Leaks oil. Got a new waterpump and crank but previous owner did not put gaskets on. Breaks needs to be checked. You must pump the breaks to break. Starter has been taken off and lies in the boot. You can push start the vehicle but with oil leaking to much rather tow it. No papers for the vehicle and not stolen. Take vehicle for R4000 as is
