Read add.... Scooter DONT HAVE PAPERS. i bought it this way the scooter did start but it refuse to start now again. I bought it for R3250 and i bought a new battery it cost me R300 with a 6 months carantee on it and i respray it... Take note it is not a new scooter my best price is 2500.
