Opel kadette 1.4 carburettor

Recently serviced,Clean car, runs well but needs a bit of TLC. It has rust on the right fender and the brakes need to be bled, needs a whisper motor (it's here but it's not installed). It also needs a carburettor service. Papers are available but the Licence disc is behind
